刘世全，男，汉族，1964年生于重庆万州，现居深圳。在长期的书画教学实践过程中，深研书画理论，并坚持勤摹苦研，以笔墨当随时代为己任，对优秀的书画艺术加以传承和创新。

现为中央文化和旅游管理干部学院书画教育培训师，中国文联书画艺术交流中心顾问，全国职业信用评价网高级书画创作师，中国管理科学研究院教育创新研究所高级美术指导师，中国王羲之书画研究院曲阜分院院长，中国楹联学会书画艺术院副院长，书法，美术系教授及书画导师，央广国际文化交流艺术委员会副主席，中央电视台签约艺术家.中华卫视艺术风采栏目组艺术总监，中央美术学院国画系客座教授，清华大学美术学院美术系研究生导师，中国服务贸易协会国际交流专业委员会副主任，博鳌亚洲艺术人才研究会专家及副理事长，胡润国际艺术品鉴定中心副主席及特聘书画家，世界杰出华人艺术家等。
